Terms of Use
Working draft — last updated 26 August 2026
1. About the service
MyCruiseAdvisor.co.uk provides independent cruise research, comparisons and planning tools for general information. Cruise Advisor is not a travel agent, does not take bookings, and is not acting as your financial, legal, insurance or medical adviser.
2. Verify before booking
Fares, promotions, availability, itineraries, ships, policies, package terms, accessibility arrangements and entry requirements can change. Check all details directly with the cruise line, travel provider and relevant authority before paying a deposit or relying on the information for travel.
Calculator results are estimates based on the values you enter. They are not a quote, guarantee or recommendation to buy a package.
3. Editorial process and automation
Software and generative AI may assist with research organisation, first drafts and consistency checks. Automation is not treated as a source. Public guides are subject to the editorial process described on the How We Review page. Content that has not completed that process may be withdrawn while it is checked.
4. Advertising and commercial links
Advertising is currently disabled during the editorial review. Some reviewed public articles contain clearly labelled affiliate links, including Viator excursion links. Cruise Advisor may earn a commission if a reader books after clicking, at no extra cost to the reader. External websites remain responsible for their own offers, terms, privacy practices and transactions.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the original text, layout, brand assets and software presented by Cruise Advisor are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, marks and externally hosted materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to public pages, but may not republish a substantial part of the site as your own without permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to compromise the site, bypass security controls, disrupt service, introduce malicious code, or use the site unlawfully. Reasonable indexing and linking by search engines and ordinary research use are not prohibited by these terms.
7. Availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis and may be changed, corrected, withdrawn or unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that qualification, you are responsible for verifying information and for decisions made using the site.
8. Privacy and contact
The Privacy Policy explains the current data practices. Questions about these terms can be sent through the .
Contact page
9. Changes
These terms may be revised when the service or legal requirements change. The revision date will be updated when a substantive change is made.
